Not as bad as reviews say. Can't speak for delivery as collected. Food was nice. If chips were double cooked that's how they should always be. I love them. Only concern is 2 out of 5 on compulsory hygiene scale in window. Which us wgy i put 3 stars not 4. Would go again.
