Took the meatballs as a starter, which actually were quite good. Unfortunately, the main menu Pollo Cacciatore pasta was swimming in fat, had little taste, and had been standing on the counter for 15 minutes before it was served, which of course meant that it was nearly cold. We have been sitting in for more than 2 hours for a drink, starter and main. The place seems to be severely understaffed for a delivery/takeaway/sit-in restaurant 4 personnel?. I'm very sorry, but I can not recommend this place.
Would have given 5 stars but the service was shocking,food was lovely though waited 2 hours for 3 courses and got over charged plus nobody was cleaning tables ,not very practical as people were turned away due to no tables
Went today as a day out with the other half. The allergies make everything more complicated than they need to be. I know what I can and can't eat I don't want my items to be changed to something I'm not sure about and feel very pressured for this. Starters were amazing! The garlic dough balls are amazing! The main was the issue. The other half got a plain pizza I got pepperoni. I could of wiped the plate with the amount of grease that came of the pizza. We never got a pizza cut to cut it up with just left with a knife and fork. The pizza was that greasy the base was covered I was lifting it to drip the grease from it before I could even eat anything. When it came to the end of the meal I only eat 1/5 of the pizza the other half tried some thinking it was just me he told the serve who said "it's because of the pepperoni its a very greasy meat." They were more bothered about the big party's coming in for Christmas events than the small groups of people in. We over heard someone else complaining about their meal too. We have been many times but this has to be the worst of all the times. Bad enough for me to leave a long review. Very disappointing in this.

Unfortunately the wait for a drink when we 1st came in was 20 minutes then a further 15 before we had to ask to order the food, the staff were wandering about not doing a great deal, tables were full of Dirty pots the whole long 2 Hours we ended up staying for a what was meant to be a quick meal, we literally had to ask for every course, also watch what your being charged as we ordered the 3 course set menu and it was all charged separately at the end. Was only 6 quid more but not the point, the staff also turned walk in guest's away saying there wasn't any tables but there was they were all full of pots and fly's. Food was nice I suppose although for the wait the pasta was cold so it's not good service at all
The restaurant was understaffed, and given the current issues facing businesses, I understand. However, the service was good, the food excellent & quick, and any requests dealt with. Give the team working tonight a decent pay rise, so you don’t lose more staff. They made our dining experience excellent.
Visited with a group of 6 and the staff were very friendly catering to allergy needs and in general. The food was also very very nice and came very quickly. Great value for money and will definitely be visiting again. Thanks!Recommended dishesCookie and Ice Cream, Chocolate Brownie, Pepperoni Pizza
Nice food, friendly staff and cool decor. Comfortable and cosy atmosphere. Maybe a little pricey for what you get but no complaints at the taste!Food: 4/5
We visited Bella Italia as my partner loves Italian food - for me this restaurant has been hit and miss the past couple of years so wasn't sure. I couldn't fault a thing to be honest. Food was great, tasty, plenty of chicken/prawn on our pasta that was cooked to perfection, waiters attentive and chatty, drink and food both came quite quick and when we asked for the bill this also came straightaway. I'm actually looking forward to go back in the near future.
Absolutely fabulous. We hired the whole restaurant for an evening. There were about 90 people there, and service was 100% The food was well prepared, and top quality.prices were fair, and altogether a great night. I highly recommend this to everyone.
