Ordered 3 different curries. All were mostly onions and very bland. Food was just about warm. Absolutely no spice to the curry Will definitely not be using them again

I just found out that the owner has been changed and the staff as well and the food service is amazing. The food came warm and in a safe packaging and also the delivery was on time. For sure I will order again.

I phoned the restaurant directly and collected the food. It was ready in less than 15 minutes. The service over the phone was very friendly and there were no errors in the order. The food was hot and delicious, among the best I've had in the wider Portsmouth area.  My recommendation to anybody ordering food here: collect it yourself if possible, and order directly from the restaurant for the highest possible service and food quality.

Been coming here for years. Staff always got the order correct. Never anything missing. Food always turns up hot. Some meat dishes have been turning up with more veg than meat more recently.

I used this Chinese takeaway only once due to my usual one being closed. They did deliver but it took well over an hour to arrive. The food was not only cold but the sweet and sour pork balls were badly burnt and overdone. My experience maybe a one off but I most definitely will not order from them again.

Food was reasonable but the service poor.  Took 2.5 hours to get order.  Ordered on just eats.  After 2 hours not turned up.  Rang they said it was ready but no driver to deliver.  I said I would collect.  Went to collect.. 30 mins later still not ready.  I did say .. you said it was ready.  Got really defensive at me … I said I wasn’t having a go but they really need to say how it is, as the management of service was not working.  Not sure I will go back due to bad attitude of staff.

Raging, cold. Late and poor.£ 26 in the bin. Never again.

Food okay but cold. When we ordered was told 45 minutes which is fine don’t mind waiting if they are busy arrived at 40 minutes food on the side got home which is only 2 minutes and it was cold. Spoiled as we had to put in microwave.

I've ordered from here 5 times now. Comes on time, tastes amazing and always arrives like it's just come out of the oven.  Definitely the best Chinese I've ever had
