Shop was busy but the staff helpful. My only issue was the length of time to purchase 2 watches & a phone. Now edited to say that they allowed me to spend £800 on a watch that doesn’t work with tattoos.
I went in tonight around 9.30 6/9/24. A lovely! Lady sadly didn't get her name helped me and my boyfriend look at iPads. she had some form of long brown braids. She was the loveliest lady and honestly the best customer service I've ever received nothing was to much. I wish I got her name as she deserves more recognition, she looked so approachable and welcoming!!
tell me iPhone 14 pro is worthless as a trade in!! I’m typing this review on it and will continue to use it.. you have just lost a loyal contributing customer of 10 years. I have just returned from an Apple Vision Pro appointment with myself and another person. We both took the demo. The device itself was amazing. The staff were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, they really made the experience worth travelling to a store. They were patient and the demo was at my pace. I recommend a demo of the Vision Pro as no review can ever describe the experience. I bought one by the way.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. If I could give a rating lower than zero or even negative 100 stars, I would have gladly and passionately done so. The staff's attitude towards customers is incredibly disrespectful and discriminatory. I requested to speak to a customer service agent about acquiring a phone for my wife, but to my disappointment, this lady abandoned me to chat with other staff members. I spoke to another individual who claimed to be occupied and promised to find a colleague to assist me. However, much to my astonishment, no one came to my aid even after waiting for more than 20 minutes. I strongly advise against visiting this shop and would not recommend it to anyone.
Went to go trade in my phone on the upgrade program. Both the email from Apple and Apple support said that all I had to do was pay the excess charge and the trade in would be complete. The manager outright refused to complete the trade, saying that it was their store policy to not complete the trade and they would cancel my reservation. So now I have to wait months to get the new phone. Would recommend every Apple Store except this one.
Went into the shop a couple of days ago after loosing my keys and then my phone. I only waited 5 mins and was helped by a gentleman called Bear. He was fantastic and i couldn't thank him enough. He made light of a situation that made me want to cry as i was so stressed. He sorted everything out for me without making me feel like an idiot. He is a credit to your team. Sharon Heavey

I had a Vision Pro Demo with l the specialist employee at Apple called Max I really loved the experience and his service also. Manx and the Deno session I wish I can rate it over 5
