I'd like to say that the service was amazing. Fizz helped us and he was extremely sweet, I will 100% come again when I visit England in the future. the food was amazing, everyone was so nice and overall everything was perfect except for the line. we waited about 40 minutes but it was worth it.Food: 5/5
First time buying so was unsure of the process but was met with friendly customer service from Sal at the Trafford centre. Took me through how to order really simple and the menu. The food was really nice - noodles, fried rice, salt and pepper chicken, smoky chicken and spring rolls. it's good to visit a place with good customer service Thanks Sal. Would buy again.
I ordered a sweet and sour chicken box with egg fried rice. What I actually got was sweet and sour chicken with brown microwave rice. It’s not ok to rip people off like this. I will be requesting a refund and I won’t be ordering again.Food: 1/5
Long wait for delivery partners. The new manager failed to understand that delivery partners are there to collect a fast food. He is sweeping the floor instead of monitoring the services. They don't prepare the food even when it's not busy. It's no longer a fast food for collection it's a long wait for food and delivery partners lose out on Money by the end of the day, whereas they receive a standard salary. Hope they can change progressively.

I ordered from Uber eats yesterday to Salford. Spent more than £20 pounds on food that was revolting!!! I got rice and noodles which tasted and looked like it was there for weeks!! The rice wasn’t even cooked properly and was so so dry and burnt. Didn't even finish it. Felt sick afterwards. Not happy at all with the food and I'm not a picky eater at all!!! The sauces were spilt everywhere when I received the package. Very poorly done. Ruined my study date with my mate too. It’s very unfair that I spent so much to have food like that. I demand my money back.

Me and my sister we ordered 2 super value meals for 3.99 each, so it’s a £9 total and the worker gets the total to £24 pound, we told her many times that those 2 noodle boxes weren’t are’s and she made us look stupid in front of so many people. And the last time we told her “We did not order those boxes” she gave us a refund. Anyways chicken is hard as hell and the only good thing was the drinks. I don’t recommend coming here if you don’t have the patience to deal with unprofessional workers who don’t know what on earth they are doing.
Everytime I am the Trafford Centre this is yhe place I eat at. Love it,everything is so tasty and greatly seasoned. Five stars for everyone working here.Food: 5/5
As a Trafford centre you can't expect good atmosphere to eat your meal. Especially in weekend. Noisy,chaos and very busy space around,but food from chopstix was tasty and fresh as always I high recommend this piece of floor with dishes
