I could have posted a picture of Golborne Road when it's busy but I was walking down there on Christmas Day 2020 and it was the first time I saw the place utterly deserted due to Covid-19 and also it was Friday prayer time. So I think this empty Golborne Road is a rare scene. On most other days it's generally bustling and full of character. I particularly love the street food - especially the Moroccan grilled fish that is served with Paella and salad. It's absolutely delicious and excellent value!!!. The market is only in full swing on a Friday & Saturday and it's a great starting point for walking down the much longer and more famous, Portobello Road Market.
