Special mention for Harriet on till. I've been to Blackburn Store this morning to exchange a jacket for a Better jacket. Harriet completely understood my request. Harriet was Efficient, Outstanding customer service, cheerful and Very helpful. Very Happy with my customer experience and all at Blackburn Store . Well Done the Team.
My first visit to this store in Blackburn. Spoke to four different members of staff and they were all so happy and helpful - they must have a good manager. Would not hesitate to return.
Cheap prices at the minute as they are having a closing down sale for a refurbish. Looks really good now and has incredible friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend
Would have been zero stars. Visited recently and assisted by a young man called Jack. He was brilliant, unfortunately I can't say the same for the girl on the checkout. Serious lack of customer service, serious attitude problem. Would have complained but I will choose not to return to this store. Some customer service training needed.
Been here before, the one in Bolton as closed down, which was disappointing, but yeah nice and spacey and plenty to choose from, got a fleece for the granddaughter, winter months will soon be here..
Wellwhat can I say, I haven't been hear for approx 12months. I had a go shop voucher for £100 I checked there website which stated they accepted these vouchers. So off I set in anticipation of treating myself to a new anorak for walking my dog. after a 46 mile drive I thought just check. Ho no we have a new system which won't allow us to take vouchers at the moment. No sorry or any from of apology. Well I thought seen as I have come so far I will look for a coat anyway. What a waste of time, very poor choice of clothing all round. The whole store has declined sooo much since I was last there. We used to be regular visitors and allways spent money because of the fantastic range of goods there. I won't be returning any more. And could not recommend this place to anyone. So sad
After such wonderful customer service from josh I went to the store again and found josh. What a wonderful man he is and so helpful with your needs. Thanks again josh, I would highly recommend this store
First time shopping at Outdoor but it won’t be the last,I can’t fault the staff they were so helpful,Big shout out to a gentleman that works there called Paul,I am disabled and went in the shop in a mobility car and he was like our own personal shopper,nothing was to much for him,he had a genuine smile on his face and that’s hard to find nowadays so yes I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone after anything they need for the outdoors and if you can’t find what you want just look for Paul the guy with the biggest smile and you won’t go wrong
Great selection of clothing and footwear for the outdoor enthusiast. Brilliant customer service especially from Norman in the walking boot section of the Blackburn store,top bloke!
Qasim went to extraordinary lengths to answer my phone call this morning. at my visit this afternoon, Norman was extremely attentive and helpful and sold me two pairs of boots.
