Popped into Gloria Jeans on my way to work Saturday, being easter bank holiday I expected it to be busy which is was unsurprisingly. The service was as fantastic as always, cake selections were incredible and the staff were even giving out free samples of new stock for customers to try. Presentation, customer service, selection, always 5 star. All staff should be proud for the hard work they put in. If you haven’t had a coffee from here, I suggest you go and try one as you won’t look back!
Great vegan options! Aswel as non vegan! A good selection of vegan cakes, wraps and baguettes. The coffee with oat milk is lush! Sarah was very helpful, polite and friendly It's nice to see service with a smile. This will be my go to place , when I'm at Merry Hill from now. Thank you
Me and my partner went to go Costa the other evening but as it was closed we saw Gloria Jeans and thought we’d give it a go. The customer service was amazing, couldn’t be more helpful and polite if they tried and the coffee was the best we’ve had in ages. I’ve returned a few times since and the staff remember you and every single one we’ve spoken to has been so welcoming!
Sometime last Tuesday I had come in and ordered a coffee to drink in, when the coffee was delivered from one side it seemed to have been leaking a little. Very poor presentation. I was sitting not for long until I began to realise the lady on shift kept giving me a funny look, i was only there for 15 mins and I had to leave due to the uncomfortable atmosphere I could feel. I highly would not recommend. Other coffee shops in merryhill give a very different bubbly experience.
Had £3.55 in my pocket in mixed small coin change. Told the girl I had the correct amount in small change is that ok to order a flat white? She says yes thats fine hands me the flat white and tells the guy in charge that she cant open the till and could he open it. He said we can’t accept small change and asked for the flat white back and handed me back my money ‍ strange kind of business he didn’t even give me the option to pay on my phone or with the Notes in my pocket! Terrible service from him.
Very comfortable coffee shop. Milkshake was lovely. Staff were very friendly, especially Zoe. Will definitely be visiting again soon.
Such friendly staff here, the managerI think is honestly a credit to the business. Coffees are always really nice too and cakes and other sweet treats are gorgeous.
Each visit to Merry Hill has us coming to Gloria Jean's no doubt! Staff are lovely and the variety is amazing at very low prices don't even look at Costa or Starbucks. Seats are comfy and the cleanliness is also very good. Would definitely recommend.
