The pedicure was not done in a good standard. Toes dry cuticle was left untreated, the same with the feet skin. Overall work impression is untidy.
Loved the service it was impeccable and really love my natural nails I asked for..I damaged them abit due to rushing but they were actually perfect..they even helped me pick what colour suited me best.
Rude staff, bad customer service. Would definitely not recommend. Can get much better in other places. Also very racist.
Went today for shellac mani and pedi with a friend. I booked the day before and they could fit us in at the same time.The nail shop is run by a husband and wife and they were very chatty and welcoming! Would definitely return. My nails were done with great care and attention and I am very pleased! Plus they have massage chairs!!
The place looks nice but my cuticles have been damaged after this visit. She used tool to remove my cuticles which I hate and I said ouch and she said I was sensitive. First place I have gone to in a while that uses tools for removing cuticles. Sorry but I won't be going back. Plus it is quite pricey I feel.
The actual pedicure and environment were good, but haven't your feet slapped and being told off throughout was not. My relaxed foot obviously didn't sit as the technician required. eventhough I told her my foot was relaxed she she kept repeating "relax your foot" and slapping at my toes. Her overall manner was gruff and i was left to sit at a dryer for 15 mins when I didn't need to. The other 2 technicians seem a a lot more personable. Seen i was unlucky. This salon was recommended by a friend who mentioned Michael by name. But it seems some staff training is in need.
Always accommodating, always friendly, so happy to have them on my doorstep! Nails always done to a very high standard.
Just visited today! Clean, professional and my nails look amazing. Definitely recommended!
Come here often and they’re always nice and never seems rushed: really nice quality nail polish and always lasts long
Great service and very happy with the result, visited on the off chance whilst down from Manchester. Very gentle and precise attention to detail, only sad this is not local to me.
