Normally always purchase hair from here without a problem. Purchased this hair before lockdown and only just got round to putting this in because of lock down so no salons open so I did my own braids for 6 months. I decided to make use of the hair and the quality was awful. As you can see the ends are thin and scraggly which is odd. When I messaged victoria to question the hair quality she said oh sorry and won't give me my money back or even a partial refund just a discount on next purchase which I do not want to make. She is now ignoring my messages. Awful customer service I will not be using this service again.i have now escalated the issue to citizens advice as I paid £185 which is a lot of money for the poor quality hair received.

Excellent service. Good quality and durable hair. Am still wearing the hair I got in 2015 and every time i wash the hair , people always asked if I just got it or if it’s a new hair. I purchased purvivian hair in 4b. Had a experience where the hair colour was running. So I informed the owner. She said she would offer a discount. Went to shop 2 weeks ago and arrived at shop and the sales person wasn't in the shop to sell me the hair. Had to wait an hour before she returned and I travelled all the way from Heathrow. I was advised that Cambodian hair is very good by the sales person. So purchased in 4b. Got a £5.00 discount due to my experience with last hair. Had new hair in for 2 weeks and last week went to hairdressers and the dye started to run again. Reported to the owner where she advised me she would go to her shop and test the hair. She didn't get back to me. Went to my hairdresser's again today and dye still running and shedding. Plus texture is bad. No movement in the hair and just getting lighter in colour. Whole point of me buying a 4b is so I don't have to spend even more money to dye the hair when I spent money for the hair and to input the hair in. Spoke to her today the owner and she didn't want to refund me half of the money and told me she has had no complaints but she isn't going to sell 4b anymore. Well if you know your hair is good hair why would you stop selling it. She wanted to offer me a discount. I said you gave me a discount last time which was a 5.00 and that was all. She told me it's something. I said doesn't help with the fact that I had to wait for an hour before I had to get the hair bad service again as her sales assistant wasn't in the shop. So what did I get a discount for. She refused me a refund and was just unhelpful. She even told me to colour the hair. Why would I spend more money to colour when I already spent money and that's the whole point in buying 4b, so I don't have to colour the hair. Also I sent her pictures of everything so she could see for herself. So got evidence. Unfortunately I wouldn't buy from her again. Service received disgusting. Hair is meant to not run, meant to have movement and not shed and tangle and unfortunately I had a bad experience with colour hair. I didn't want to post this but she left me no option. I gave her the benefit of doubt to at least refund me half of the money and have her hair back. But she refused. Thank you but I won't be buying again. Which is a shame. I will show a picture of where my hairdresser had to put so much work In to my hair to get it looking smooth and untangled. I am not going to any and any hairdresser either.

Wow! What can I say! This salon is truly amazing! The level of professionalism, the lovely interior, the friendly staff and most importantly the best hairstyle I've received eve! I'm so pleased I have found this salon and will definitely be telling my famply and friends. Keep it up! Xx

Customer service was of high standard. The price fair. The lady that made my hair was very professional, smiley and patient. I leave in West Yorkshire...I really don't mind the coach- come to London and made my hair.

I always have my hair done at crown and glory by Alphina or Shirley and I have always been please with my hair style so I'm always looking forward to go there to get my hair done , and the staff there are always happy nd friendly
