Lovely practice, all staff are really friendly. Way better than my last practice that's for sure!

We've had a terrible time at this practice. It's extremely difficult to get through on phone lines or order repeat prescriptions. The reception staff must be under a lot of pressure as they come across as rude and unhelpful. Doctors are variable but nurses have always been lovely. Difficult to get appointments too.

All staff very friedly and professional. I have worked in most of GP practices in Gateshead and Glenpark tops the list. The GPs are second to none very friendly and professional.
