I regularly visit the cafe at the Glen Pavilion and have always enjoyed the experience however today a senior member of staff treated myself and the people in my company as if we were primary school children. We were spoken to in a derisory manner which we all resented and when we reminded this individual there were other establishments nearby that we could use we were told to do so. It is my opinion that this individual would do well to remember that it is what goes into the till is what pays her wages and try to modify her tone when conversing with adults. What is normally an enjoyable meet up with several friends was marred by what I can only describe as disgusting customer service.
Good food, good coffee, amazing views.. Lovely park
Really nice venue, attended for a work event and we were very well looked after. Plenty of on site parking and lovely walk also.
