Park there for 30 mins and been charged £4.50 instead £2. Not gonna use it again
Confusing signs up saying to book your car in what a joke the machine is only for when you are leaving even then it says vehicle is not on the system
This place is a nightmare. The machines on the first floor hardly ever work, and if they do, they take forever. Massive space is now taken over by a car wash company that definitely does not need that many spaces.
Parked for 40 minutes Was overcharged £4.50 Will never use it again
Worst car park experience. Prices are way too high for the location, machines can't find your car reg in database, if it does then magically your arrival time is showing 30 mins more that it is, what makes price double, Minimum stay up to 30min -£2 ??? Like in London...
The car park is okay. But I was very disappointed by the false signs!! It has a sign up that clearly states the toilets are open until 5pm but this definitely isn't the case! They close at 4pm on a Sunday. This might not be big deal for some people but when you have certain medical conditions and plan your trips/day around toilets it isn't acceptable.
Anytime I go there's an issue. The previous time I paid using the app and the server wouldn't recognise I'd paid so I had to pay again at the machine. Then the last time the servers were down and you couldn't pay to get out. Also its ridiculously expensive now.
Machines are usually down, or at best, refuse to accept coins. I'm sure there are attendants, but they're either invisible or in hiding.
First time parking here and not too bad. £2 for two hours which is cheaper than a lot of shopping centers. Blue badge holders are charged for. However seems to be no signs telling you where disabled spaces are. Also seems to be only one lift up to shops. Would park there again.
Absolute shambles of a car park. Huge queue for the payment machines as people struggle to work them. The system just does not work for those less able. I tried downloading the app. It took ages. Then my card provider declined the payment and blocked my card. As a result other payments from online purchases were declined. Turns out they take a 1p payment then another for £3.50 and my bank, quite reasonably, thought this was fraudulent. There’s no way to contact them by phone. I’ve never felt inclined to leave a review before. If I could give them no stars I would.
