Beautiful food from a defined and well curated menu, great selection of craft beer and wines. We stayed in a room with sea view, thoroughly enjoyed the time with Glengower. Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back!
Talk about a change. When I with rowdy antics and huge crowds. Fast forward 30 years and it is still perfect for us in a different way. Fantastic quality food, excellent service, and feels far more upmarket. Highly recommendedService: 5/5
What a lovely weekend we had at The Glengower. Very helpful and friendly staff, warm and inviting log burner to keep you warm. I can go on and on about the hotel, but you need to visit there yourself. I can highly recommend The Glengower, and we will be returning.
Went for dinner as a family on Saturday night - we each had something different, with varying levels of satisfaction. From most to least favourite for us: 1. Burger - one of the best burgers I have ever tasted - absolutely gorgeous 2. Ham, Egg & Chips - delicious and beautifully cooked 3. Halibut in Thai Curry - fantastic - portion size a little on the small size 4. Cod and chips - good, but batter a little greasy. Desserts were all excellent - we had treacle tart, sticky toffee pudding, bara brith and brioche bread and butter pudding, and rhubarb crumble. Heartily recommend the Glengower - we will definitely be going back the next time we visit Aber!

I stayed here just recently and have booked for another stay... Super friendly staff.. Room spotlessly clean with added extras and lovely sea views and a short walk to the town centre.. Lovely cooked breakfast. Could not have asked for more..10 out of 10
