Terrible customer service. Just received a delivery with the chips missing. When I rang explaining this, I was told she needed to talk to the kitchen and ring me back. 20 minutes later no call back. During a second call to them, I was told I had to wait until a driver was available to delivery them. When I explained I am half way through the food, I don't want the chips but a card refund, I was told I would have to ring an external party, to which they couldn't provide a name or number as its not their problem. She concluded by saying she is too busy to talk to me and hung up. You have lost a twice a week customer.

Very unhappy! Found a piece of shell that looked more like a toe nail in my fried rice, phoned the shop and the woman who answered was very rude! Will not return!

Absolutely disgusting sweet and sour - chicken balls saturated in fat, sauce was unrecognisable as sweet and sour - won't be back.
