Lovely looking building and surrounding areas but lots of road works going on in the west end.

Good freindly staff
Best place to hold your wedding! The union also has a pub and is hosting many societies most of which are open to the broad public. E.g. cuban classes of salsa4water Glasgow every Wednesday afternoon.
Cheap and good beer. Fun for students. I would say this place gets beer-sticky often.
