Possibly the best gig venue in Glasgow. The staff are incredible, views always good and the bands that play here are always fantastic. Its' one let down though is the sound quality is terrible. Been to 10+ concerts here and sometimes it's impossible to hear the vocals at all. Still though great venueService: 5/5
While I’ve visited this as a club in my now distant youth, I’m writing this review based on a live music venue. It’s a decent sized venue, not too big and not too small. Has a number of bars and fairly quick service. Has a cloakroom available if required. Cost of drinks are what you’d expect in a city club. So not cheap. Queues outside can be a pain as last few times haven’t opened door at advertised times, and typical of Scotland it’s been raining. Toilets are very small for the capacity and can be difficult like any standing gig to get to. Parking: Very limited parking in the vicinity.
Excellent venue; the security at the doors is quick and efficient - and if you have to call or email the venue to confirm bookings, they are immediately helpful. The staff will know where to point you if you need something like the bathroom or to find the box office or the coat room. Up the stairs is a small to medium sized event hall with options to book booths to sit in in advance. There is a bar at the back of the room and at the end of the event it hands out free cold water. The sound and lights and set up for the bands are great and quickly transitioned. Good venue - reccomend.
The club was awesome We love the music the DJ and everything Even the drinks was good not so expensive The crowd was great The entry charges are 8 pound only 2 pound charges for jackets They have 2 floors for music. We been their on Saturday and Sunday The paint on face cost 5 pound.
The garage attic is possibly the worst gig venue I’ve ever been to. Half of the space cannot see the act, because it’s behind a brick wall that spans half the width of the space. And the bar impedes the only space where you can actually see. The lighting was appalling. Really bright and devoid of any atmosphere. Tonight the venue put ONE person on the bar for up to 200 people. There was a ridiculous queue about 10 metres long. Absolutely shocking venue management. Don’t book your gig here.
Lovely venue with great accessibility. Staff actually care wether the disabled have a good time. Great stage views and no rushing you to leave. Crowd is near to the stage. Drinks are reasonable. Would happily recommend Wheelchair accessibility: Brilliant venue for access. Great views. No rushing. Staff are excellent
We went to the One Night In Nashville event on 7th October - Fantastic night with great music and the staff were superb from the moment we arrived. Everyone of them were smiling and attentive and it really made for a really positive friendly atmosphere. Fab venue and great sound. Brilliant night!Service: 5/5
Security are just out of mind.....makes you leave without no reason even if you didn't do anything and behave they just randomly pick people to take out of club. That's just not okay when people pay so high price to get in there.Service: 1/5
