Today I sold some gold to this lovely gentleman. I had been to a couple of other places first, to compare prices but the lovely man at Gold and Diamond Exchange gave me the best price. He was honest and chatty. A really genuine man. He’s been in the business, running it himself for over 30 years and really knows his stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Wanted to sell some 14carat gold jewelry for cash while in Glasgow and went here first.  Finley gave me a price that I said I would think about and he suggested I go to some other places in the Argyle Arcade that might want to buy the jewelry to re-sell as jewelry.  Went to 3 other places and then went back to The Gold & Diamond Exchange because his price was the best by far.  He's a lovely man that's honest and has been in business for 35 years as I understood. Good experience and I recommend this company to sell your gold.

Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Very happy with the price paid for gold that was lying around in a drawer! No hesitation to recommend, and I’ll definitely use again.

Absolutely brilliant service topped with some spot on banter! Very happy with the outcome from the gold and diamond exchange. Definitely recommend going here above certain other green fronted stores…he is more honest, takes more care and attention to be as accurate as possible which resulted in better pay out.

I used Google maps to get there, which was very straightforward. He had customers with him so I waited a bit. I could actually see he was very busy. Got to my turn and he was very pleasant and explained a lot to me. He was friendly and he felt I was a bit distressed parting with my jewellery but I assured him I was okay.  I must say I trusted he was giving me a very good deal for my item. I had gone through reviews and everyone literally gave him a good review, so i called and went straight to his store. He took his time to attend to me, that was touching.  I don't regret just going straight to meet him.  It was a very lovely experience

I went to see Finlay today after finding his positive reviews online and he did not disappoint. Lovely man and trustworthy. I came expecting my jewellery to be worth far less than it was and went away feeling like Christmas had come early!  Thanks Finlay for excellent service and honesty.  Highly recommend.

Visited Gold and Diamond Exchange yesterday. Didn't know what to expect. Finlay was so nice and no pressure at all. Got a good price. He was extremely professional and even gave advice on jewellery I wasn't prepared to sell. I have already recommended to friends. Thanks so much.

Visited Gold and Diamond Exchange after seeing great reviews online and it did not disappoint. Finlay was extremely helpful and very friendly and offered us a generous figure for a piece of jewellery we had taken in. Turns out Finlay has run his independent business here for 33 years! Quick bank transfer and we were on our way, very professional. Would highly recommend.

Have visited Finlay on a couple of occasions now and recommended him to a friend.  After our visit last week with a lot of stuff, silver and gold,  we came away clicking our heels.  Lovely man who takes time with you to explain any queries you have and gives you a more than fare price.  Wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, and gave unbiased excellent advice on other items we had , would use again
