It was an absolute pleasure to have Adolfo Marquez at Abacus as our solicitor. He is very competent, professional and friendly and we can’t thank and recommend him enough for making the house purchase a smooth process. He was always there for us when we had questions about the processes and documents and his excellent communication both in English and Spanish helped us both navigate the process stress-free. Adolfo kept us up to date throughout the process and kept on top of the sellers Solicitor who was delaying the completion. Highly recommended.
I had an amazing experience when buying my house with Adolfo Marquez at Abacus. I can’t believe I could be so impressed by a solicitor. I had an horrid experience in the past with other companies and had not faith but Adolfo at Abacus was a revelation. They are always on top of everything, they work at a fast pace and try to have all papers and checks all done before the other party solicitor the vendor in my case. I can’t recommend them enough. I already passed them to some other investors. Also, the receptionist was always helpful and would pass the message to the solicitor, if not available and they would always called me or email me back. Even on weekends if they had updates and it was important to move the process faster. He always had a warm calm tone of voice, always friendly and helpful. They have been issues from the vendor part and delays but Abacus moved everything absolutely smoothly. I am extremely happy and I am about to go through the purchase of an other property.
Abacus we're great with us. We we're under immense pressure to get the house over the line in time for the new school year, with us moving 25 miles away. We spoke regular, sometimes 3/4 times a day they we're always great and really helpful. Moving house is such a difficult time, especially when you have two children and no onwards support in your new location. They helped us with every question and got us over the line into our new home. It's been a dream to move for 15 years, and we did it with Abacus' help. At times I felt I was pushing them too hard to get the deal done, for worry with getting the children into schools, but at all times the team we're understanding, thorough and always very helpful. Adolfo and Zen we're lovely with us. We did the communication over email, over the phone and face to face. They we're so helpful to us and really committed to getting the deal done. EXCELLENT! My husband and I cannot be more grateful for having worked with Adolfo Marquez for the NO easy completion of buying our first BTL house. He put all his effort to make it happen and handle objections perfectly. At the end, this is why we hire solicitors, to represent us and make things easier. It’s been a fantastic experience to buy a house with this firm, our solicitor was Adolfo Marquez, from the first day he was very attentive. The house we bought was with Strike and because it was the first house we decided to go with the solicitors that they recommend, Premium Solicitors from Leicester, it turn out to be a failure, just 5 days after we had created an account with them and start the process their system collapsed and with they everything it was to be made online, we say okay, maybe it’s just a minor issue, let’s wait, one week, we call, is everything alright, they say we think it will be fixed soon, we ended up waiting for 2-3 weeks until we decided to cut with them and look for another one, we went with LPL Solicitors, we started all the process, filling all the documents, went to certify the identity etc, and they say they can not take applications with money coming from China, another delay more, I went the street and I found Abacus Solicitors, I met Adolfo and I explained all the delays that we had had, he was very attentive, he explained me that those firms act as a form of factory, so they do not give you a more detailed attention, he made the compromise to take on the case and start doing the searches from that day so that we advanced the case with no more delays, and from there he was always explaining everything, making everything clear, saying how things work, and everything, so from the experience from the other people not been careful and making us losing our time to this kind of attention I see the difference, it’s a more expensive than those firms but that’s the difference, and if you value more your time, attention and detail then this is the option to go. From here I want to say thank you for having gave us such a nice service.
