This was our first time at a Giggling Squid and staff were friendly and offered to talk us through the menu and gave hints and recommendations to the dishes offered, we was very well looked after by Tum who gave additional suggestions and was very attentive! The meal was amazing, the portion sizes were huge and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Will definitely visit again soon!nThanks so much for being fabulous! Amazing restaurant!

Food was great.nService was fine but what ruined the entire experience was the restaurant not accepting my Giggling Squid gift voucher card. Apparently it had expired but there was no information on the card itself of when it expired… l challenged this as the voucher was brought from the same restaurant but they just dismissed us with company policy jargon.nnHappy to change my review if someone can honour my voucher.

Her timing was impeccable, and she handled a busy section with grace and efficiency.nnNot only was she professional, but her personable nature added a special touch to the night. She shared a few fun stories about the restaurant's history and even made some great suggestions for dessert, which we thoroughly enjoyed.nnOverall, her exceptional service enhanced our visit to Giggling Squid, making it memorable. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and values her customers, and I would gladly return, hoping to be served by her again.
