We eat at Billericay Prezzo about 5 times a year. Tonight's meal was as always excellent. The service on the other hand was absolutely diabolical. Not once was we asked if we want more drinks, the waitress passed food across the table instead of walking around the table. We were given the menu for a sweet and still sitting there 20 minutes later we decided enough was enough. I asked for bill. Such a shame as this was my birthday. Never again?

Prezzo should have increased their staff on Valentine's Day. They are struggling to serve customers. Couple of times they are confused who's food is who as they go around the tables to ask who's order is this. It took 2.5 hours to eat 3 course meal due to delay service. Food was average to good.

Food is always good and quick. Staff are polite and helpful. Can't complain at all!
