What a fantastic cafe, we came for Sunday brunch and were not disappointed, the menu has something for everyone.  The coffee was great and if its just coffee and cake you are after then this is your place.  We booked and with a party of 6 that was a good idea.  The staff are lovely and the food is spectacular .  Enjoy!Food: 5/5

Second time here now for the full English breakfast. Good portion size and cooked well. Constructive feedback would be to ask if you want your toast buttered. Also as it's family run and the owners are visible, they could be a bit more welcoming with a simple hello/morning and goodbye.

Had the bottomless brunch with my sister. Excellent value for money. We had mimosas and a beautiful carbonara with garlic bread and salad from the specials. One of the best meals I’ve ever had- top restaurant quality. Excellent service, friendly staff. One of my favourite places to eat and drink at.

My partner came in today and ordered a coffee with oatmilk as my newborn son who is breast fed has a dairy allergy. After a couple of sips it was obvious to her that it was made with normal cows milk. When she asked the lady who made it she was absolutely adamant she made it with oatmilk. My partner didnt want to risk drinking anymore so left the rest of it. Anyway, upon returning home my son had a feed and 30 minutes later he has had an allergic reaction! A rash on his face, chesty, wheezy, churning stomach, green poo with specks of blood and then vomited. We called 111 and the paramedics confirmed it is an allergic reaction to something. He is now on the way to new cross hospital in an ambulance!  This is now a very serious situation and i will be reporting this to the food standards agency!

Went here for a Sunday breakfast! Had a soya caramel latte and a veggie breakfast which was adapted. I had avocado, onions and stuffing instead of the non-vegan items. It was a very generous portion! We also ordered tea but didn’t have enough time to drink it before the taxi so they gave us takeaway cups. My mum is Deaf and the waitress knew basic sign language which was great.

I went here with the family and had a full English veggie breakfast with the family.  Breakfast was top drawer, not a cheap cafe or a greasy spoon.  Nice place and atmosphere with excellent quality food.

Was recommended this place by the Turkish Barbers a few doors away. Had the Moroccan Eggs and son had the Club Sandwich. Food great, service Great

I visited here during my trip to the UK, and will defiantly be going back!  The service was amazing- everyone greeted with a smile- even the owner came over and checked in with us!  The food was exactly What I was missing! A full English- is something we lack in California! The food hit the spot- full of flavor and just complimented everything Ghales has to offer, kudos to the chef!  The ambience and atmosphere at this location was just so welcoming, and felt so intimate within a community!  I would highly recommend, and can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic food and pleasant staff. Always a treat to go to Ghales and try new foods or have a filling breakfast
