Rude and intimidating security man that made my fiancé have a panic attack in the shop. My fiancé was looking for a new foundation, we found some sale items. We opened the boxes to look at the colour and noticed that had already been used as there was dry foundation in the pump. The security came over to us and said 'You cannot open them, they unsellable now' in an agressive tone.To which we explained that they had already been opened.He called over the floor manager and my fiancé had to prove with a random bottle that they had already been used/opened. The security's attitude was unbelievable with the response. My fiancé had to tell the floor manager she suffers with social anxiety and panic attacks, this situation was blown out of proportion which caused her to have a panic attack in the shop to the point I had to carry her to the car. The same security man followed and intimidated her 4 months ago...her review is on this thread. A formal complaint has been sent to HR.
I popped into frasers for some Xmas shopping but had no idea on what I wanted to get as presents. I went to the Mac team for some suggestions and they were the best! I spoke to jaya in the department and she spent time asking questions to gather information for the best gift based on everything, she was amazing and I left as a happy customer and with the perfect gift.
Shocking customer service at MAC counter today!!!! I arrived at 16:55pm they were 2 people chatting at the counter, I waited patiently for them to finish their giggling and asked for assistance in choosing the right shade of foundation for my skin tone which would’ve taken no more than 10minutes on which I was told she is finishing in 5 minutes and cannot help me to come on a different day. I said ok no problem and went to a different counter after that on my way out at 17:15 she was still there giggling with her colleague! Disgrace! I thought much better of MAC. You should train and observe your staff better! Awful experience.
My husband was WRONGLY ACCUSED OF SHOPLIFTING today. We were shopping with our two CHILDREN who were distraught when their dad was being accused of stealing a Hugo boss bottle. When the police found nothing on him the staff in the store said he may have passed it onto me!! Nothing was found! NO APPOLOGY GIVEN, rude and abrupt staff who clearly can't see. Even the MANDER CENTRE security guards were SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED at how we were being accused. Our two children standing there CRYING was heartbreaking. Other reviews on here have said how they FELT LIKE CRIMINALS in there, being followed and approached. Shop elsewhere because that store is a DISGRACE with the most stuck up staff I've ever come across!
Amazing, lots of makeup and skincare, Perfumes, omg designer bags and Shoes and trainers spoilt for choice! Interior design and homeware upstairs. Modern decor, very spacious.
Again a disappointing experience!!! A Christmas gift truly faulty!!! As shown in the picture the clip is broken I took this back and all I wanted was a replacement strap but was presented by a rude store manager Christina Gill who could not offer any resolution!!! The bag is 2 weeks old used twice and on both occasions faulty!!! Is this acceptable????
Absolutely disgusted how unprofessional one of the beauty counter staff was towards me with a bad attitude. I have on numerous occasions attempted 11.08.22 to contact the store and speak with someone in person to file a complaint but no success! Will not be returning has I do not appreciate the lack of respect shown towards me the CUSTOMER and feel this lady sadly did not get her name but was an Asian lady, not that this will be beneficial to whoever deals with these reviews needs to build on her lack of customer service skills and learn some respect.
Today was my tenth visit to your store. Amazing that having again been ready to spend birthday money not a single member of staff even recognised my existence. So that’s 10/10 for non existent customer service. How you survive is beyond me. I was at Jarrolds I’m Norwich at the weekend. Send your management team to view how customers should be treated. Worst ever shop in my home town.
Very rude counter staff on mac cosmetics I enquired about an eyeshadow, she said two words then left me stranded just walked away how rude customer service appalling.
Visited the store for the first time today and didn’t like that I was asked if it was ok for them to hold a product I wanted to buy for me while I looked around for other products in the same store. Never experienced something quite like it in my life. Was I being profiled? Who knows. Wouldn’t be surprised if the place shuts down after some time, treat people wrong and it may well happen!
