Unfortunately the table was not cleaned before we sat down. It was busy and there were only two ladies working at that time. Other than that our hot chocolate Milano was good and I loved my lemon curd muffin.
A medium sized Caffè Nero, part of House of Fraser. Typical prices, food and service. The seats in the large windows are particularly pleasant.
The service satisfactory the staff are very helpful and always willing to help me. I use two sticks to walk around so the staff always offer to take my tray over to a table for me. The coffee is excellent and the food is lovely. This is my regular cafe only because l feel comfortable there!
Coffee is lovely, staff always wonderful here too. The caramel brownie also is my favourite. The 4 star instead of 5 is for Nero themselves choosing to use disposable cups. Costa's I've been in are using normal mugs as usual so not sure why Nero aren't anymore. Yeah love it here, my favourite coffee shop in Wolverhampton.
It was my first visit and oh the chicken pesto salad panini was so delicious warm and oh there were cakes so much choices but banana and walnut very delicious if you have it as takeaway and a nice hot cuppa. The service was nice and helpful. I go again next time to chillax than rushing around during lunch break. Take all the time you need to have a breather. Brilliant
I've lived in Italy for a few years and every time I come back to the UK I always visit cafe Nero. It is honestly the nicest coffee chain in the UK and cheaper.... The staff at this particular cafe are really nice and welcoming. Kudos!
This Nero is well located. The staff are always friendly. The venue is peaceful and welcoming. Like many Nero stores it includes power sockets which are handy if you want somewhere to do some studying, revision, work. I can tell its popular from the number of people who are in there throughout the day, many staying for long periods. The only thing I'd criticise, and it is a minor point, I wish they had a bigger selection of pastries. They run out far too quickly.
If you're on the O2 network then Tuesdays and Wednesdays are great! You get a free drink any size selected drinks on O2 priority. However the stamp scheme is pretty good too if you fill a full card or on the app then you can get a free drink any size any drink. The bakery side of things is to die for!! However I feel like there should be more staff on especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays as a massive que forms from the till right to the door which is chaotic and therefore a long wait just because 2 staff are on the till serving and making. Other than that highly recommended.
It's either Cafe Nero or Costa, basically what's left in Wolverhampton. Have visited recently on several occasions and found on both times tables left unclean and messy. There only appears to be one staff member working that looks overloaded during the busy peaks of the day, there isn't anyone else to clear the tables and some people sitting in are incompetent at doing it themselves, putting pressure on just that one staff member. On both occasions sadly my coffee ended up being more foam then coffee itself, not a pleasant experience and won' be returning until things improve.
Nice coffee and food. Pleasant helpful staff and nice ambient music. Pastries baked on the premises but sandwiches delivered from off site so Sundays can be a bit of a lottery of what's left!
