DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I left my review until now as I wanted to post this after I had given the bathroom a chance to settle in. Graham unfortunately did not deliver the bathroom he promised. We took him on last April. There were issues throughout, unable to attend for a number of days, only worked an hour or two when he did show up, always had an excuse for a poorly done job. The tiling on the first attempt was terribly wonky and it took two attempts to get it to a bareable standard. When Graham had "finished" the first time he couldnt get out the house fast enough and it took a very angry phone call to get the tiling done again. Aleady, after 9 months, the cracks and shortcuts are already starting to show. The floor was supposed to be a brand new floor and the old one taken up. Instead the vinyl was laid upon the top of the old tiles. The radiator is poorly positioned and you cant sit on the toilet without tucking one knee under the pipe. Another note worth making is that graham didnt make good on his quote and didnt remove our old tiles, instead he tiled on top of old tiles. The general finish of the bathroom is poor. I have to look at it every day. It got to the point we wanted Graham out of our house. His attitude and workmanship are poor. On the plus side, the electrician he employed was fantastic. DO NOT USE GRAHAM!! He is great at selling a bathroom and a vision, but the service is absolutely awful!
