Great service from start to finish, I had a new bathroom designed and installed, along with new combi boiler. Every single member of the team I met were polite and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and provided a top standard of workmanship. Would definitely recommend!

This review is a little late due to me having some hospital treatment before Christmas. The service and quality of workmanship we received from ADS Plumbing And Heating has been second to none. From the first visit from Adam to the completion of the job was fantastic. A nice new Worcester Bosch boiler and all equipment fitted with great care and quality. I have to say it's great to see a company taking on apprentices and hopefully giving them a flying start to a brilliant career where hopefully they will never be short of work. We would certainly recommend ADS Plumbing at anytime for all boiler and plumbing needs.

ADS supplied and installed a new, complete central heating system for me. Adam came and quoted for the work which was started soon after. During the 4 days it took to complete the installation, the fitters were efficient and courteous throughout. They tidied up after themselves and removed all the rubbish. Howard explained how everything worked and Rita was most helpful in the emails we exchanged. After the work was completed, Lucy contacted me to make sure I was happy with the work and that everything was working properly. An excellent job done by all concerned. I would definitely recommend this company.

Brilliant price, product and service. Informed of options and prices, given practical advice and opinion to select boiler.  Interest free option is an amazing facility and so easy.  Clean and professional work when installed  Can't recommend enough. Service and all future plumbing work will be via ADS.

Our central heating broke down. All we knew was that was making some horrible noises. Didn't know any heating engineer but just saw their van next door so rang them. Thankfully they have Rita! So there is someone who answers the phone! The diagnosis was carried out on the same day by a really good young plumber. Rita rang with a quote next morning and it was accepted on the spot because it matched the diagnosis and could be fixed quickly. The repair was completed 4 working days later exactly when we were told it would be  done. The engineer was really good! He was tidy and informed us of each stage of the job, worked really well. Our heating is spot on now.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

ADS impressed us from start to finish! Adam promptly followed up on our request to quote from the Bosch website only 2 out of 5 bothered to reply to us and provided a very professional and competitive quote. He was able to fit us in quickly as we had no central heating. Due to Brexit supply issues, they had to go and fetch the last available boiler in England from Worcestershire we are in Derbyshire and didn’t charge any extra for this. Jay and Kieran came to fit the boiler, they were prompt, covid conscious, careful and worked hard all day.  They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the level of workmanship we received. Adam came to complete the boiler settings paperwork a couple of weeks afterwards as we were not sure if the factory settings would be adequate so tried it to see and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We love the fact that ADS have the lovely and helpful Rita in the office so you can always get hold of someone. We have been very pleased with ADS and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are small enough to care and big enough to always have someone available!

New Worcester boiler fitted with Easy Control. Can’t recommend ADS enough for their speed of initial quote, admin support and professional fitting. Great value all round. Delighted.
