I ordered a sopimple meal for 2 at 18:20 for delivery at 19:20. I imagined a delay with it being a Saturday night, however it is now 20:45 and there is still no delivery. I don’t no live in at a complicated address, I am not a difficult or aggressive person. I do not want the restaurant to lose out so have not cancelled the order, however, I do not believe they can deliver their promises. They need to scale back, determine their business targets, ensure they are deliverable and build from there. 2 and a half hour from point of order is far too long.

*UPDATED Chips are always soggy over done. Also the place could do with a bit of tlc (GOOD CLEAN) The Bache chippy best in chester ! UPDATED TO 3 STARS NOW THEY HAVE A NEW COUNTER. TEN YEARS PAST ITS DUE DATE.. BUT WELL DONE GEORGE MONEY WELL SPENT!

I got a chicken chow mein and quite frankly I think it was super noodles. They were soggy and tasteless and the sauce was not to any chow mein I’ve had befores standards. The burger was like something out of the freezer and the chips were as soggy as my socks after a run in the rain. The only way this meal could have been edible is after a drunk night out.

Was horrible and tasteless. The king prawn balls in batter where soggy and swimming in fat! The ribs had no taste what so ever! I am never ordering from George’s again! Worst Chinese in chester by far!

really good service and the best chips cheese and fruity curry definitely give a try people 19/12/17 went their to day no happy with the person that served me I ordered chips cheese and fruity curry but hardly any cheese that was just bad service. .
