Cat food. Terrible expe as I threw the entire order to the garbage bin. The fries were fish smelly and soaked in frying oil. The "souvlakis" arrived with uncooked ingredients. Some of the ingredients were not mentioned in the menu so we couldn't eat because of food intolerances. I wouldn't have eaten that anyway because of the huge chunks of uncooked onions and peppers.
Excellent fish and chips. Great customer service. Came in from St Albans for a function locally and grabbed some food for my wife and son on our way home. It was incredible! Thank you guysRecommended dishesFish and Chips
I have never been more dissatisfied in my life. I didn’t appreciate the aggressive way the cashier was spoken to. It was rude and inappropriate. My fish and chips were cold and had no flavour. It was as though they were cooked from the day before. The batter wasn’t even set properly. What a waste of £14 - never again!!
Great experience, staff were very friendly and generous, and food was amazing.
Really lovely family run business was so kind to me when I ordered my fish and chips. It’s been running for years this place since I was in school! I just read an unnecessary nasty review. If it wasn’t nice then why have they been running for so many years? I think this is probably the longest running restaurant in South Woodford! Keep up the good work and thank you for my lovely fish and chips :

Very poor fish n chips, The place needs a deep clean, chips had been seating around and re-cooked in old oil, fish was not nice. what a shame i was so looking forward to a good meal. Not sure if the owner is aware if their wish to have repeated customers the standards need to improve.

Very disappointing. Reserved a table for Fish and chips with drinks via Groupon 15/12/21. When we got there we were asked to sit outside in the cold or next to where they were frying their fish and chips. When asked if we can sit inside at a proper table we were told that there was some problem and due to that we had no choice otherwise we can have take away. We decided to have take away. I must say the Fish was lovely but we had the scraps of chips last bits. They should have informed us prior to us going there or cancel it. Although they apologise but it was very disappointing for us as we wanted to eat there. Would not recommend due to this reason and would not give any stars but had no options for that
First time ordering from here and so disappointed. Fish came like it had been broken into pieces and stuck together again ‍ With lots of missing batter. car crash! Ordered a pickled onion was the smallest I’ve ever had from a fish & chip shop and brown. Chips weren’t nice either. Won’t be ordering again
