I want the casino owner to take care of the male manager who's on duty tonight. Is that racist? Cleared my account? Is that what Genting does when he sees someone else win? Trash!
Croupiers reminded me of school masters. Talk about buzz kills. Also the building had a distinct 1800s damp smell.

The karaoke room is extremely hot like a sauna with 33 degrees. The aircon definitely needs a fix.
Worst casino in Glasgow. Staff are rude. Security think they own the joint when really they are just hired help. Go to the riverboat. Much better service
I'm still appalled at my treatment only walking in to come purchase food. Your roughneck bouncer accused me of being DRUNK. And my sober date is June the 12 2012. Appalling treatment of a sober woman walking in there with plenty of money who was in no way intoxicated! Is it because I was AMERICAN? I'm not with those cvnts. But I see you've one of your own. Won't bother trying to come back. I'll be sure to tell anyone who will listen you aren't worth the time or energy. To the no neck ahole... You are thoroughly incapable of doing the job for which you're hired. I was a bartender on bourbon Street in New Orleans for twenty years.. if you were my bouncer I would fire you. Have the life you deserve.

What's not to love? Free entry, drinks although I'm only sure about non alcoholic and snacks. No registration needed. Lottery on top. Could use some more Blackjack tables.

Great casino with very polite friendly staff and they even have karaoke rooms. Disappointed there was no texas hold em however hopefully as with other casinos it will establish itself again. The security on the door were great and I enjoyed some great conversations on two nights whilst I was out having a cigarette. Noticed tips were missing for the staff who do such a great job however I love tipping for the right reasons as I do in Edinburgh. Thank you for enhancing my break in Glasgow.
