The chef just decided that I can't get more mayonnaise. I only I asked for two when I had ordered 3 pizzas. Mafia much! Get a life and actually believe in customer service. Pathetic! Shut your business down or accept the pathetic money mate minting mess you have built. Rude and pathetic or maybe racist!

Run down casino, worst in Glasgow. nice and better drink choices and prices. Alexander the manager has an attitude problem, run by unprofessional staff.

Lovely location for a casino with views over the river from the restaurant. Nice casino but limited games compared to other casinos in Glasgow. There is no poker or dice tables. The restaurant is ok, prices are good but quality of the food could be better. Tempura broccoli was more thick batter than broccoli. They didn't have any salmon, which was my main choice as I don't eat red meat so I just had the vegetarian option of Korean BBQ noodle dish, which actually was very tasty. All the staff I met were all very friendly and helpful.

Guy who works there plays amazing tunes and comes into NQ64, tips every round and has good chat. Give him the promotion!!

Great experience from start to finish. A bunch of us ladies where there to attend a psychic evening with a sit down meal. Food was served fast and was delicious not to mention the amazing raspberry sling mocktails. Staff was pleasant and always on standby to help serve drinks to keep them flowing for the night. Never been the one for casinos but this evening has changed my mind. Will be back again xx

Lovely venue, very engaging considerate staff. Management are incredible. Likely the best casino in Glasgow 10/10 service. A very nice environment to go to on a Monday night  Couldn't recommend enough. Staff are extremely intune and assertive with a broad-spectrum of clientell

Got a cab from sister club at merchant city as gaming  service was shocking, expecting this to be better, quiet yes, but stud poker "not working"....get if fixed ffs!

I loved playing at the Riverboat until 2 days in a row. I was using the Roulette machine as my bet is too much to try and place each time at a normal table the first day the machine came up note jam when the guy with the key eventually came to reset my machine 4 of my number's came out in a row total loss £1350 the second time same thing this time don't know what the old guy was doing again 3 of my number's came out with me suffering a total loss of £1150 I have lost over £10,000 over 2 week's in their place but that was fair and square I Gambled and lost but I don't think due to a fault with their machines it's fair that I am out of pocket £2,500 so I asked to be self excluded a couple of day's later I tried to enter the Merchant City casino only to be told some kind of error had happened I then had to travel to the riverboat for the manager to apologise and assure me he would fix the problem which to be fair to him he did do and at the end of the day he is only human it was a genuine mistake but never mind that my time and money wasted again I accept his apology and moved on but TBH I am disappointed that they never checked the machine history or camera's and done something about my £2,500 to that end I sadly don't think I will be back as a result of this issue it's a real shame as the staff are great and make you feel welcome all of the time.
