They have been constantly professional, brief in appointments, to the point. The outcome for my daughter could not have been better. I would recommend this as a centre of excellence, however, faces change. A few faces yet every one a professional, for sure. Many many thanks John and daughter Helena x

Been calling them past one hour they are not picking my sons braces have been hurting him and have been poking his lip for couple of days now it has turned into a deep cut don't know what to do. Orthodontist herself was ok, not rude but wasn't very helpful but the nurse was very rude and loud. Also they didnt offer us any advice about braces kit or what brush to use . I realised that after coming back home when i called them after few attempts when they finally answered the call they said i can't buy it from elsewhere , need to buy it from their clinic so i had to travel 4 miles again just to collect that rubbish kit they are selling for £12.50 the wax in it is very dry and not usable at all. The brush is of rubbish quality could have got better value on amazon for better kit. Overall terrible service and unhelpful staff.

Staff are very pleasant and treat you with respect. Treat you like a human not a robot. I recommend Amber especially as she always has a great attitude and puts in a 5 star performance every time. Also Sue is a great orthodontist to have as she also has a great attitude and 5 star performance always.

The receptionists are lovely people, and for all the years I've been visiting, I have been correctly informed how to do everything, and had appointments flex around my availability too. Hygiene is good and always very clean.
