Used to be great but last time we went in we queried why my daughter only got 4 chips with the children's meal and was told that it was the new portions? Never been back since. Rather go to wetherspoons now. Lost our custom after that.
I was delighted by the place from the moment I walked in I was welcomed by friendly and professional staff. The pub was warm, modern and very clean throughout from eating area to rest rooms. Food was absolutely outstanding and was clearly cooked by very professional and well trained staff. I fully recommend.
Quick service, good, hot food. Plenty of choice. Friendly staff. : Toilet/facilities were quite dirty but other than that brilliant
Went there for our work Christmas meal and I must say it is a lovely pub, staff were very friendly and helpful, food was delicious and we all had a great time would highly recommend
Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The staff were lovely but the food very mediocre. It was a Christmas lunch but we weren't offered any cranberry sauce.. I'm sure all the food had been frozen and reheated, including the turkey which could have also been reconstituted.But it was not hot enough when delivered to the table. One of us ordered apple and blackberry crumble withh ice cream. It arrived without the ice cream. We pointed this out to the waiting staff and she took it back to the kitchen. When returned it had changed into a much smaller portion of apple crumble no blackberry!! It did at least have ice cream with it. As this had been been to celebrate a birthday it was very disappointing.

Fantastic food great beer, very affordable, great for families and groups. Amazing staff lovely garden.
The staff are very friendly, menu is full of options and the burger was very nice also massive The only downside is the children's food.. I had my niece here and she ordered a cheese pizza, she left it due to too much sauce and recognised it as microwaved. All together it's good for hanging out with family and friends having a meal but don't use the children's pizza. Also has a play area for kids

On sandy lane near the centre of dereham. Good parking spaces out side. Wheelchair friendly. Lovely play area for kids next to the beer garden. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Have to go to the bar to order food/drink. A wide range of drinks available alcoholic/none alcoholic. A very large seating area. Clean and well presented. The only down side is that we waited nearly 50 minutes for our food after we ordered it. The pub was not that busy. I think we were one of five couples there eating. We only ordered burger and chips. Cheesy nachos. The food was hot and very tasty, and the waitress did apologies for the wait. But all was made up by the weekly offers the pub has on food, so i paid for one meal and got the other free. Can't complain about that. Yes i would recommend the gemini, over all its a great pub.
