Fantastic authentic Italian and warm traditional hospitality. The food is lovingly prepared. Great selection of food. The daily cart specials are finely prepared and very generous portions. The deserts are to die for and the service is always professional, warm and efficient. Very friendly staff and some firm favourites on the menu keep me coming back. The lobster linguine is a favourite as is their chicken breast with mushroom sauce. Reasonable prices for the city too.
Beautiful, authentic Italian food. Not all carbs!!!! Imagine original Italian food - lovely vegetables, steamed fish. You can get pasta of course, but it's not compulsory, and I didn't even see pizza on the menu. I had asparagus with a poached egg, followed by steamed salmon and spinach. All nicely done, with a friendly welcome and excellent service. Don't hesitate to give them a try.
Extremely expensive place to eat. Completely empty on a Friday night, zero ambience. Cover and service charge on top of an overpriced menu. Food was fine but that is all. Dessert included in set menu option was like something out of Faulty Towers. The Service and waiter were excellent though.
A little gem of a restaurant in the City. Family run but the chef is not limited to Italian food. The menu is vast and the portions large. Food is great and the wine in keenly priced for a City location. Not yet discovered by the City lunchers but I go regularly and every guest has put it on their lunch list. Treat yourself next time you are looking for somewhere different in the City and don't let the underground location put you off.
Loved it! Visited this place for our team lunch..
I applaud the free good with your drinks but it's normally a pretty low standard and the drinks are generally over priced. Bar staff don't seem to have a great deal of knowledge about what they're selling either though are friendly and provide a good service. Also Ice cold London Pride? Not for me
I work near to this restaurant but I haven't tried it until today! Very delicious pasta! I had Risotto Marinara and it's wonderful! Definitely coming back again!
Great authentic Italian restaurant. Their tomato sauce-based dishes are really good as the chef is from Napoli. Service was quick as well.
Good service. Classic old fashioned but modern Italian eatery in the city. Private, quiet and spacious with outstanding truffle pasta when I visited.
Overpriced food that I can’t even call mediocre. Service perfectly friendly, nice wine and bread, but there’s nothing nice I can say about the pasta.
