Quiet, friendly atmosphere and on my doorstep. A great stand alone gym with all equipment you need! John behind reception makes you feel welcomed, a massive asset to the gym.
Extremely well equipped with weights, machines, heavy bags, mats, strong man equipment and warrior ninja style equipment. Really friendly, welcoming staff and very well priced. Best gym I've been to
