Incredible. Aiden in Killarney such is such a legend. really helpful explained all the different options I had signed me up to the membership program to get more discounts. Great prices for games and consoles used and new.

Staff were nice, reccomended me a quality headset based on my needs, very friendly, fair prices, what more can I ask for?

GameStop has changed. Not happy with the services provided. Staff seams unfriendly and doesn't know what is going on in their own store. I will try to avoid going in there.

Told not to enter without a face mask by a  rude and sullen male employee. At the time, this was BEFORE it became a legal requirement to wear masks in shops, and practically every other shop I visited prior to the mask requirement coming into effect did not require one. They were also overprice. Have not visited ever since.

Great staff and prices are what youd expect. The employees here are always very helpful and genuine. Even outside of work if I see them they are always very pleasant and make your shopping experience all the better.

Well, akward employees. My 9yo kid was browsing  and we were told by the employee standing less than a meter from us   that we should use the internet for browsing due to covid 19. Very disrepectful. If you don't want customers in your shop-CLOSE IT DOWN. And let the employees terrorize people somewhere else.

Not much to offer. No new consoles or new ps4 to buy and no second hand offers. Positive and helping staff

It has a good collection of games and accessories and the people who work here are always very nice

Amazing customer service, made my exchange very quick and even gave me a few tips on a few games!!

Super friendly staff, manager is sound and likes to talk about the games. Would really recommend this place.
