Much bigger the inside than visible on the outside, fun to browse.  Full disclosure, I found 2 pair of gloves on sale, bough them for 60 euros, but the cashier saw that they were on sale, and invented a rule to refuse to give me the form to claim tax refund at the airport even though I told her I bough plenty of stuff during the trip to be eligible.  So I was curious, looked at other stores, and found that what they claim was "on sale" was just the same price as elsewhere, and stuff non on sale was grossly overpriced.    So just be careful, look around, this is clearly a tourist trap that encourages people to buy stuff at full price and provides tax refund form only to these people, they may get some convenience but overpaid dearly.  So I'm honest, they do have lots of stuff, but just be careful before you are lured by their "super-sale stuff" and end up buying things at full price before comparison shopping elsewhere.

Okay, this may be a must-stop for tourists but you’re sure to fall in love with how you’re treated. Antoinette and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. They’re very helpful and patient with indecisive tourists who have to call back home to figure out what size they need for who. They happened to have had a sale while we were in so we most certainly packed our luggage with the world's favorite handmade Irish sweater. Quills have several shops all on the same side of the street and right next to each other so be sure to check them out.

I heard that Ireland has the friendliest people - this place was not representative of that.  The women storekeepers were not friendly or offered assistance. Not a “hello” - we did purchase a cap and got a smile w “come again.”  I identify as person of color and got that spidey sense one gets when someone is judging you for your color of skin.  The older man was very friendly and offered to show the cashmere blankets. It was a bit night and day in terms of service.  Re merchandise: lots of items and fabrics!

Doesn't know how to ship the proper items when you pay for shipping at the store yourself  I paid for Irish dairy cream fudge to be shipped to me, And they sent me some random wool socks

Terrible customer service asked how long a chain was and the woman snapped average lengh wouldnt take it out the box to show me her and the other assistants to busy discussing there plans fir the night

Bought two beautiful sheepskin rugs from here. Prices were comparable to every other shop around. Had them sent home to Canada and they arrived safely.

Really great place. So much selection.  Amazing array of real Irish clothing and gifts. And with the free worldwide shipping we went big and didn't have to carry Everything with us.  It was there when we got home.

Great store. Amazing staff. Met one of the owners and he was so friendly and helpful. They have multiple stores and I made sure to go to each of them as they all specialize in different things. Bought a beautiful sweater, earrings, and scarf from this location. Took a card to order more later as they will ship to anywhere from their online inventory. Very high quality. All beautiful. Got many compliments on them. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Very bad customer service. The owner's sense of race superiority makes you feel like you 3rd class citizen. Only consultation is that her staff didn't get customer skills from her.
