Bought a promise ring for my fiance in here. Spent approximately €500 on a lovely diamond and white gold ring. When buying the ring I knew it wouldn't fit my fiance, but was told it could be resized, "absolutely no problem". The woman working told me to take the ring away with me and come back in when I wanted it resized.  I came back a few days later to get it resized, and was told by the same member of staff!! that it couldn't be done, as the small halo stones would fall out, and a new ring would take four weeks to order. I had the rest of my proposal planned for later the following week and asked for my money back, as I was sold the ring under false pretenses. A refund was refused and I was offered a credit note. I ended up having to buy a more expensive promise ring from them.  I will never step inside the door here again, and they lost out on a sale significantly more valuable than €500!  I would recommend going to an independent jeweler and meeting with a Gemologist. We had a custom ring made by an independent jeweler in Cork for about 20% less than it would have cost at Keanes, and far experienced far superior customer service.  The staff selling the jewelery clearly have no idea what they are talking about, and love to trick their customers!

Paul could not have made us feel more relaxed. I didn’t expect to make any decisions with it being our first visit to a jewellers but with the vast selection  and variety of engagement rings it would be have been hard not to. We overstayed our appointment by well over and hour, and never felt pressure to leave or make any decisions. Paul encouraged us to take plenty of time to think about it, and even suggested to go for a coffee and come back. I would absolutely recommend Paul in Keanes Killarney, he made the whole experience go from being overwhelming, to a positive and pleasant one! Thank you Paul

We popped in yesterday to get a new battery for my husbands watch, unfortunately we were unable to get one as it needed to be sent away. The lady we dealt with was so helpful, polite and very honest with us. I asked by chance if they could help with a bracelet that was broken, the lovely lady, who I believe was called Breeda took it and fixed it within a couple of minutes. I have had that bracelet laying broken in a box for 18 months as I was waiting to get back to Killarney to go to the shop I bought it in who refused to help me, yet I was able to have it fixed without any hesitation by Breeda. Thank you so much, I really appreciate your kindness. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Killarney!

I highly recommend Keanes, the staff are so helpful and their customer service is outstanding. I rang their Limerick store looking for a particular item which they had in stock, when I told the lady I live in Kerry she kindly suggested she ship it down to their Killarney store and I could view it there. The staff in the Killarney store contacted me as soon as it arrived and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks again.

Paul from Keanes was extremely helpful and obliging when I went into this store one Saturday morning when I was passing through Killarney and he polished up a prominent scratch on a much valued ring, he had it done for me in the hour and charged an extremely reasonable price for the work done. I emailed this store that morning on my way down and they told me to pop in and they would kindly assist and that they did especially given that it was a very busy Saturday during tourist season! 5 stars and highly recommended.

Was purchasing a retirement gift. Staff here are so kind and helpful. I didn't feel under pressure to choose and nor did I feel I was taking up too much time.  I was delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend Keanes.

Keanes jewelers killarney were horrible to deal with.no help to me in any way what so ever in looking for a maternity ring for my wife.in the end they told me try there shop in cork even though i live in killarney.will never again set foot inside there door

Really really bad my friend got her ear pierced there, one was grand the other one was down near the bottom after she made a dot in the middle and the woman was like €20  fit a re Pierce SERIOUSLY DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!! IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR I WOULD !!
