Very cool place! Employee by the name of Michel told me and my friends thing half of us didn't know which was cool af. We also got to make our first figures! Would definitely recommend to anyone remotely interested in things like those :D
Great store with great staff. A shout-out to Danny and Michel, who were extremely patient and accommodating to my nephew, allowing him space to indulge in his hobby & also to recover from his episode. Appreciate the compassion and customer service from the team!
Great location, the staff are incredibly friendly but not pushy. Fantastic selection of models, tools and books. The painted models are awesome, and help inspire the next project. Not good for my wallet though...
Great experience from start to finish. Cameron helped us out, and he was brilliant! We had no idea where to start when it came to paints, brushes, or accessories, but Cameron really took his time to explain everything. He suggested the perfect starter sets and recommended a few extras we'd need without overcomplicating things. He also threw in some useful tips that were great for beginners like us. Even with my random questions, he was super patient and made us feel completely welcome. The whole vibe in the store was friendly, and Cameron’s advice gave us the confidence we needed to jump into the hobby. Definitely recommend this store.
Went there to learn much more about Warhammer and the staff member called Dean was super patient and helpful with us. He even taught us how to paint our very own space marine and let us take the model back. It was a dream come true. I bought 2 sets that day. Dean truly is a great salesperson.
All team members are amazing and super friendly. Dean was incredible, very fun and entertaining. Came in with my partner and we had a great time learning about the game and painting techniques. Looking forward for my next visit.
Full stock including some Forge World and merch souvenir coins in museum style too! Friendly staff and lots of demo stations. Emperor protects not your wallet.
Just been in the store today and was helped by staff member called Michel. Can't praise this guy enough. Was very helpful, polite and easy to chat to. Picked up a new model, brush and booked a painting session to help improve some techniques.

We Visited for the first time today to see what the hobby was about, Tilly helped us the whole time, through painting our first mini’s and playing our first game, she made it great fun! She definitely got us both into the hobby
