Brought a controller from a different branch and tried to see if I could replace due to controller being faulty. Sad thing was the replacements were faulty as well. Instead off full refund, was given a gift card for the same value. Would not recommend at all..
A good place to browse and buy gaming software and hardware , both new and used prices compare favourably with other retailers, staff are friendly and helpful, has an online store and as well as delivery to home address you can pick up in store
Just like most other GAME stores except the staff where really nice, we bought something for my son which he said he wanted to carry, so the lady said if he gets bored of carrying it to just pop back and they would give him a bag for it which I thought was a really nice offer.
This is nothing to do with the store as the staff are friendly and have great customer service, this is more to do with how expensive game are! CEX had the same second hand games cheaper, I saved £27! Buying two games from them and not Game, though they have some amazing sale boardgames such as Scythe for £35!!! Bargain!
Really impressed with how GAME Doncaster are tailoring their product offerings to the local gaming community. Whereas GAME are nominally a video game retailer, the Doncaster store has been steadily increasing their tabletop gaming offerings over the last few years. They now offer a wider range of tabletop games and accessories than they do video games, which is a pleasant change! You can now buy Dungeons & Dragons items, Pokémon cards, Magic: The Gathering cards & accessories, as well as a wide variety of boardgames. Keep up the great work, GAME Doncaster!
Good store, polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately pricing isn't competitive. Found many things here cheaper in alot of other stores.
Game is a must for any geek who loves retro, video games, collectables and much more. The staff are so laid back they are horizontal. Very good selection of sale items and clearance for those last minute gift ideas.
Excellent service. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The store has a wide variety of games for all formats and is competitively priced. The elite membership is well worth getting if you buy games frequently.
No longer a game shop, just sells junk
