Very helpful with my purchase we were not harassed as soon as we walked through the door like some branches. The staff was polite and they acknowledged us. We knew they were there when we needed them without feeling like we were going to get pounced on. This approach led to a sale in store instead of us ordering online
I returned my computer for repair after 11 months, it couldn't be fixed so Curry's gave me a brand new one in its place and even put the original data on. Many thanks to the customer service lady Danni who put extra effort into sorting this out. I am more than happy with this customer support and due credit is given. Friendly reassurance and quality service. Thank you very much.
Visited this store today what an absolute joke 3 members of staff no idea. Then the 4th member of staff was very helpful BUT he placed the order Currys took the payment and then the order didn't go through. The manager says our system is rubbish and always crashing. So we had to leave with nothing and payment pending they tell me it will bounce back to our account with in 3 to 5 working days. Absolute shocking.
We needed a new fridge and the staff were really helpful in helping us to find the right appliance at the right price point. Took a little stress out of our moving process. Thank you
Just visited this store, truly abysmal. Store staff had no idea of the offers on Carphone Warehouse website. I had to advise her what I'd seen that same day. Called another colleague over, very rude, snappy female. No help whatsoever. Left disappointed, won't return.
One gentleman was relentless in finding what we went in for BUT generally there was poor product knowledge from the staff. It was the day of the Microsoft glitch so all failings were due to that we were told!

Nice big store. Staff in the television section weren't particularly helpful. Queue at the checkout made it slow to make a purchase when lots of staff were around.
Staff just stood in the middle fof the floor, laughing when finally got someones attention asked for a tower brand airfryer, they sell them online and will order them in for you, but why wait when I can get it delivered for the same price from tower, someone needs to do a better job. Not impressed with the staff or shop. I doubt if i will go there again.ps plenty of the expensive brands obviously money is everything thing to this company.
