The Staff are easily confused by thinking, and understanding the difference between yes this works & no this does not work. Go to Kirkcaldy!!! Much better store.

I wanted to spend around £500 on PS VR, PS camera and a pair of PS Move controllers and having checked online it said they had a PS VR in stock at £349, so I jumped in a taxi to go get it. Imagine my disappointment when they tried to gouge me by refusing to sell the PS VR without some stupid bundle of games they'd tacked on for about an extra £100, they outright refused to sell it without the bundle of 3 games. Eventually I relented and chose 3 games from a small selection only to then find out they pretty much had none of them, and I'd have to take 3 mediocre games I'd no doubt end up selling back to Game the next day for less than a tenth of what they just charged me. The only way I could get the thing without the mediocre bundle of games is to order and pay for it via their website then collect it the next day from that same shop or have it delivered, the guy serving me acknowledged this without a hint of irony while the PS VR sat in a box on the counter between us. The Staff were entirely unhelpful, instead of selling around £500 worth of stuff they sold absolutely zero because they were more focused on short term gain at the expense of future business, probably explains why they went bust before. I definitely wont be back.

Shop is well laid out and staff are great but it's let down by its prices on the items and its trade in offers. Only go here for exclusives now.

store is a corock of sh**e steer clear, go elsewhere,staff members are a bunch of k***s so shop at amazon or hmv where its much cheaper and the staff are nicer i would give this shop -0 yes thats a minus out of 10 regards graham

Customer Service is shocking and Get Verbal Abused By Cashier on THe Till..Then When You Comment Then Your Asked Tho Leave Shop After Spending £349.99 in Store....There is no Information regarding Deals on Offer Before You Buy Anything...Staff are Badly Trained and Managers have to Customer Skills What so Ever...on Busy Christmas Shop Day when Store Is Full...Prices are Rip Off Too Cheaper Elsewhere For Your Games...This Company is only Intrested in Getting Your Money Then No Customer Service AfterCare....
