Not my ideal type of credit for purchasing things I want, however, even though the overall cost is much more, payments are very affordable and I like that. Also the staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend BrightHouse to anyone who is struggling for credit.
Well what can i say. I have been happy with them for years but now im leaving. I have been told i will finished paying in Feb and i have just called to find out the date and NOW getting told by someone that has just took over the boss of the shop that it is now March with about 3/4 weeks more. The same as my Mum, she had an agreement to pay monthly and add the extra weeks in the months to the end of the agreement that way it will a set date every month and she has doing this from the start and now they stopped it and wont do it and she was to finish paying soon to and now begin told that she has to pay until June. Well wont be paying anymore and leaving. Dont get me wrong there is only a couple of workers in the shop that totally great and help the customers but they change people all the time and the new ones have such a bad way with customers and dont care about us and the way they talk is out of order. I only go in 1 or 2 of the workers are there that i have known for years as i dont trust or like the rest with the way act. Sorry no help to anyone not even customers service is any help and NO ONE KNOWS HEAD OFFICE TELEPHONE NUMBER and when u do get the number you answer machine saying call Customers services or the store itself but they are the ones that i have the problem with
