Good sized car park, standard customer service. Facilities include toilets, cafe, gift shop and play area for kids. Wonderful variety of animals, seen a mother otter with her two pups. She carried one over to the window for us to get a closer look. Also seen some Scottish Wildcats, Eurasian lynx, the serval, ring tailed lemurs and more. We made it round to the kookaburras in time to hear them laughing and singing. Walked around the park twice. Thoroughly enjoyed my day out. Would be happy to return.

Been several times with the kids, it is an excellent place that is continually working hard to improve all areas of the park. Animals all look 'happy' more than can be said for in most zoo's.

The animals seem to be happy, all in all one feels, that the owners put all their money in the animals and less money in their facilities. I think, that they just need more visitors, who are more interested in animals than in activity and action. I don`t mind, when the wood of the ticket shed is a little bit over its time, when I see, that many of the animals have babies. That is usually not the case, if animals are treated badly.

This is a very polite rating. Wheelchair accessible only in good weather as chair will get stuck in mud. £16 to see a centre dedicating some animals to death as they are no longer with them for 3yrs and clearly not to be replaced. Animals overweight and digging to escape. Not impressed at all and cafe is of poor quality foods. Lots of empty enclosures for paying the sum of £16. Only saving grace is that wheelchair users went for free.

I'm sorry to say this was a massive disappointment. Only two members of staff (that I seen) - no interaction with visitors at all (other than how much you have to pay) no map or leaflet on the provided - pretty much left to your own devices. Our young daughter liked seeing the animals (but then all kids do?!) But as adults, all we could see is a run down place in desperate need of fixing up.
