Brighouse Bay holiday park has been the best part of my life for the last 16 years. The site has everything you could ever ask for on a campsite, A golf course with beautiful views and a clubhouse with a swimming pool, bar and games room inside which is right next to the golf course which you really don’t see often. The whole campsite is looked after well and the staff try their hardest to meet the expectations of all customers. if you want to take your children and family on a holiday to remember, This is the place. Wonderful campsite and lovely environment. Honestly could not recommend a better place
Park fantastic, unfortunately not enough staff. 1 person serving in bar & food stopped at 6.45pm on a Saturday night. Toilets don't flush. Showers dirty. Site shop terrible. All bins full to capacity. Not a cheap stay, defo needs more investment & staff but fantastic site. Went kayaking absolutely amazing especially at sunset
We booked a 4 bed lodge for 7 days, we only managed 1. Our lodge was filled with wasps. When i complained the house keeping team confirmed there was, indeed a wasps nest in the loft. I asked to be moved but they said there wasnt anywhere to move to, and no manager available for a few days. There were so many wasps they were just dropping from the light fittings on to my daughters bed and other living areas. We got stung! So we decided to leave and ask for a full refund. They refused. Only when we involved legal services did they offer full refund. Health and safety issues. Plus the lodge was very unclean. Just shared a few photos of some of the issues. I could go on, but i'll leave it there...
Great campsite suitable for traditional camping, caravans and more, includes easy access to the beach and a nice on site complex. Has a swimming pool, Cafè and a games room with plenty of games to keep the kids occupied. The complex also has a pub. The site has plenty of activities to keep you busy, from golf to horse riding there’s enough fun for the whole family.
