Made an order, I was very clear, asked him to repeat it...still came wrong!...both kebabs were very very small, wouldn't like to think what would come if I ordered small...when we ordered large...it took an hour & a half to come...id steer clear, won't be ordering again!!!...feel sorry for delivery bloke, he's only good thing to come out of the place
Ball bags have forgot my can of Tango that I got charged for! Also Chicken mixed wrap dripping with absolute pure fat. Nice delivery driver. Pleasant guy

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY AT ALL COST! Pizzas horrible, kebab meat is wafer thin and extremely greasy! Chips are cheap frozen and arrive rubbery! Curries are watery! Restaurant service is really really poor you can be waiting upto 2 hours for a single order even when you live close by! If your food arrives burnt or wrong order they wont do anything to help you . Manager isnt interested in customers! Dont be fooled by the cheap prices as the quality and services reflect the cheap prices
Despite previous poor service and being willing to try again, let me stop you there!!!! Unless you are prepared to hand over your bank details over an insecure line to a complete stranger as they won't entertain you any other way. Despite the new general data protection act this company feels they can discriminate based on a telephone call trying to provide fresh business . Life is realy simple, order your food and pay on delivery. Really disappointed in the arrogance and will seek advice.
Great service as alway. my wife payed on just eat but I did not no I Fort I was paying give them the drive money the harf hour later they posted every penny bk frew my letter box if that's not good service I don't no what is. Most pleases would of just kept it thanks galaxy guys il keep getting my chicken kabab as normal great takeaway
Absolutely ridicolous, my mum rang to ask if they could apply the discount she didn't apply at the checkout and they told her to ring Just Eat so they could do it they took this as her cancelling the order. We then sorted it out with Just Eat then waited about an hour and a half... Then called the restaurant and they said they weren't delivering it. They really misformed us and messed up our order, very rude and would NOT order from them again. Zero stars if I could give that!
very rude and obnoxious communicational skills. let me order my food and then told me he needed a bank payment over an unsecure line. wasnt willing to entertain my custom unless i gave him my card number yet after years of using faisal for years no such problem. would definately not recommend

Normally food is decent but this time it was very disappointing nan bread was soggy and pale hardly any meat or salad and the korma sauce was the worst I've ever had £30 it cost and threw most in bin appreciate the service though
