Reported to Food Standards Agency. DO NOT EAT HERE. The naan was raw, the rice was raw and to top it off there was a complimentary piece of metal/plastic wiring in the chicken that I almost choked on. The curry seemed to have separated between sediment at the bottom, and essentially just water at the top. Obviously after eating raw food we didn't dare touch the rest. When looking back on the order we also noticed we were charged delivery when we should not have been. After ringing back straight away they promised they would completely refund us. 4 hours later despite calling them again they hadn't turned up. Called them next day on opening and they are now refusing to refund and not accepting responsibility and manager hung up phone. Absolute joke. Terrible food, terrible service and we've reported them to the Food Standards Agency.

Very unimpressed with the services. Called last night, for Pizza Deal 2, one chicken tikka, one ham and mushroom, gave the adress and postcode. Waited in, ALL downstairs lights ON and after 1 hour and a half of waiting called to check the whereabouts of the delivery to be accused of lying and giving a false postcode and to be told the driver had left, so, i repeated the postcode and it couldnt have been that fake because 2 hours later the food eventually arrived, the driver tutted and shook his head at us, and to top it off it was the wrong order and cold, at this point i was beyond annoyed and just took it because we were that hungry. I just think, a bit of courtesy towards the customers wouldn't go a miss, and maybe listening to the order too, not to mention how unproffessional and rude it was to be called a liar. Won't be ordering again!!
