Ordered tonight in severe weather conditions, understandable that there would be a long wait, was reassured twice i would still get my order. But on 3rd phonecall was told there had been an accident so driver couldn't get out, but could i come & pick it up?? If their driver couldn't get out how was i supposed 2 pick up? Bit of conflicting information there Everest! Asked why i hadn't been notified it wasn't coming to be told phone was ringing off the hook. I rang 3 times & got straight through everytime. Not good customer service at all.

Paid for our order on delivery, when we checked it it was wrong, wrong items sent and some items missing. Rang up to tell them, they said they would send missing items and send the correct items but we have to pay AGAIN not happy, won't be ordering again in a hurry

We order quite regularly from here but ordered last night and the food was far too spicy/hot, my partner enjoyed his because he likes hot food and always asks for it extra hot!! Never usually have a problem but I always order chicken tikka masala and it was far too hot for my liking. Therefore was VERY disappointed!! Love an Indian but yesterday just wasn't for me.... What happened???

Food was cold when arrived, we only live in birdwell so it's not miles away. Nann under cooked and nothing had any favour to it, everything bland. No seasoning or spices added anything. Never order India food from here
