Collected my parcels without encountering any problems whatsoever. What is more, I haven't witnessed any issues that have been reported in the reviews. My parcels have not only been intact, my identity has also been verified in order to make sure that I was the intended recipient of the parcels.
If you order something to here I'd be careful as it's not an actual impost locker, it's a bunch of packages on the floor that anyone could take. However, the men working here were very lovely to me then I did have an issue with my parcel. In conclusion, just be careful
It’s a very good shop, and the staff working here are very nice and cooperative.
Would not have even given 1 star but it was necessary to write a review. Avoid this shop at all costs. Owner extremely ill mannered, was on the phone whilst serving. The prices are a joke, total fantasy. I have just been charged £4.00 for a carton of milk!!!nBeing a pensioner I feel that this type of behaviour borders on abuse. Not that the owner will loose any sleep over my complaint. Please take note and do not use this shop. I intend taking my complaint further, the owner should be held accountable but in the mean time, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Charges about £3 more than Morrisons does for cigarettes.
