Best Shop in Mid Stocket Road, great Staff always friendly, especially Bridgette always has a smile and good chat & smile
My experience was excellent. I have used this post office several times now and will continue to do so. The staff are excellent, good humoured and willing to help even in face of stressful situations for example when I was there last there were a couple of customers in front of me who by virtue of age and frailty needed extra help and hence more time so queue was longer than usual. This is most definitely my post office of choice. Very friendly, cheery and efficient service. They put a smile on my face - thank you!
On the last three occasions I have used the post office here the staff have been very unhelpful and rude. The store on each occasion has not been busy but the two older women serving have been more interested in chatting to each other rather than serving. Have decided that to go to the more helpful and friendly staffed post office at Crown Street in the future!
Today was the second time I have used this Post Office hoping for a better experience than I had on my first visit. I was disappointed and felt quite upset at the way in which I was spoken to by the same lady who had served me previously. I appreciate this is a busy time of year but the lady was rude, unhelpful and made me wish I had used DHL to send my parcel rather than support a local business. I will not be using this Post Office again.
Used the Post Office there today and was treated like a piece of dirt by the lady in charge. She had no name tag so I don't know her name but the other person rang a bell as she was serving someone at another till. The manager came out in a strop slamming doors, and when she finally got behind the kiosk was extremely unhelpful and rude.
Friendly staff, best Spar in Aberdeen by a mile, FREE Sun Monday to Friday, more spacious to move around, has FREE cash machine outside, parking on all streets, bus no.3,14 and 23 go both ways so through the week shouldn't wait more than 10 minutes to get into town or ARI, wee post office Doesn't do Road Tax but a great credit to the Spar brand.
Rude and unhelpful staff. Now the Post Office has gone, do my best to avoid this place.
Great shop but I would advise management to discuss personal hygiene whilst working with food etc...
Post office is just a joke, using Covid -19 for an excuse for the very poor service...
