Shop has pretty much everything you’d need in terms of essentials. Staff seem nice. Only problem is the shop is not wheelchair accessible at all, there is a ramp outside, but inside the aisles are far too small for a wheelchair. Not a wheelchair user, but a carer

My partner ordered some warhammer for my birthday. Someone called saying it was out of stock and to cancel the order, they tried but Uber say its been delivered and contacting the store they say no one called and they've fulfilled the order so now they're down £70 as neither the store or Uber are willing to refund. Bunch of conmen.
A fantastic little shop with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
I've been ordering from here on deliveroo for a very long time now. Have always had a good experience, even with out of stock items there has always been am attempt to contact me to let me know and allow me to change if need be.
Has on countless occasions allowed the order and delivery via Deliveroo of vapes and alcohol to a 15 year old without the need for a signature. Profit before abiding by the law.
Listed as being able to print labels for parcel drop off. Point blank refused and tried to say I should have done the label. Wasted my time.
I really like to support local businesses, I needed to set up delivery of 3 daily papers and 3 magazines a week but speaking to the member of the staff over the phone it is impossible to do unless you go in and they were too busy to discuss. I finally got them to agree to a letter and a cheque with all info but they had no interest and that was me going down to getting one paper delivered. I ended up going direct to P&J, evening express and magazine websites and getting everything delivered for free for the next year. Very short sighted and not helpful for loyal customers who have become unwell.
